I am running the 18.12.2 driver, but having no issues with the Radeon Control Panel. Try uninstalling BOTH the Intel and AMD Graphics driver packages. Use this process:
- If you haven't already, download the latest versions of both the Intel and AMD Graphics driver packages.
- Disconnect the HV NUC from the Internet (unplug Ethernet cables and/or disable Wireless).
- Uninstall both the Intel and AMD Graphics driver packages.
- Reboot (keeping Internet disconnected).
- Install the downloaded Intel and AMD Graphics driver packages.
- Reboot.
- Reconnect Internet.
- Test.
Hope this helps,

You are using drivers obtained via the HV NUC's download page, right? You should not be using driver packages from the AMD site.

thx for your help
but, it did not work same error
- I uninstalled the drivers
- then I deleted all the ati sources in system32 etc. I think they are from Microsoft)
- complete new installation of the Intel AMD drivers
- same effect
- drivers are there and they work but the control panle ist not working
and now :) - Mr Google is your friend
I found a hint here https://foldingforum.org/viewtopic.php?f=81&t=31662
- after disabling the Intel Graphic 630 in Device Manager
- the AMD Panel is starting
I am now goint to test the new setup

first results
good
- Control Panel working
bad
- in most cases no Video output to the TFTs
- tests with 1 TFT, 2 TFT
- config 2 x Mini Display Port, 1x mini Display Port 1 x HDM
- HDMI never woked
- mini DP sometimes work - but, if not working then no video signal
arrives to TFT (source shown as inactive)
- wiring is ok because the same wires work with my other (not Intel NUC) machines, and
the wires are not the cheapest quality
- Thunderbolt deactivated because I found a post that sometimes TB can disturb the GPU output (but I am not sure if this is only the
case when connected via USB-C)
I think that my Windows Installation could be crap! But now I am to lazy to start the whole tour
of reinstallation 😡
- I am now working per remote 😂 😂
I keep you updatet
Question
- is there a possibility to switch between AMD GPU and the Intel on chip GPU ?
- if both drivers are activ and I go to the Intel GPU Control Panel the message is that there are no TFTs connected with the Intel GPU

Hello neko the cat
To answer both of your questions the main graphics controller on the system is AMD*, the Intel® graphics controller is encharged of the Intel® QuickSync.
