Reset Bobcat failed!

The graphics adapter is AMD, not intel graphics.

I have contact display with HDMI and disconnected TB3, and remove drive of AMD.

The software still show the Graphics adapter: AMD 0xfffffff

  1. What is your NUC model? Probably not NUC8ixBE model.
  2. Please download Intel System Support Utility (SSU). Run the SSU system scan. Save the results. The file with the results attach to your post (use "paperclip" - left corner below the post).

Hello EGe00,

Thank you for joining this Intel® Community.

  • To better assist you, we would like to have more information about your system configuration. Could you please provide us with the Intel® System Support Utility (Intel® SSU)?
  • Does this issue happen if you boot the unit without the discrete graphics card?
