Hi all,
I have a NUC Quartz Canyon (NUC9VXQNX) with a 3060TI GPU added to it. The GPU drives a 4K display directly via a DP1.4 cable.
Besides that, I have a CalDigit TS4 dock the until recently only had a single display connected to it. It's a QHD display. I then recently added a second screen to the dock but I cannot get that to work.
From all the documentation I've read, it should be possible/supported for this NUC to drive two displays via a TB dock.

If I cannot the dock to a 3 year old Lenovo P1 laptop, it works just fine. Both the laptop display and the two QHD displays work just fine.
As for the setup:
- NUC9VXQNX
- Windows 11 21H2
- Latest & Greatest BIOS/drivers/etc. Everything has been updated.
What am I doing wrong here?

The DP 1.2 channel in the TBT3 stream is certainly capable of driving two QHD monitors. Each requires 5.63 Gb/s at 60Hz - a total of 11.26 Gb/s - and the DP 1.2 channel supports 17.28 Gb/s. If it is connecting in TBT3 mode (i.e., not in basic USB-C mode), it should work. Unfortunately, my TBT3 dock only supports a single monitor, so I cannot test this myself.
Only thing I can suggest is to ensure that the original monitor is not being clocked above 60Hz. If it is trying to maintain the original settings and this includes a clocking above 60Hz, then there will be insufficient bandwidth remaining to support the second monitor.

"We apologise for that. If the dock is working for one monitor at a time, and not both at the same time, this is an indication that the Thunderbolt ports on your NUC doesn't support dual displayport streams or is only 2 Lane rather than the needed 4 lane. We have seen this a lot since the introduction of Thunderbolt 3 on the Windows platform. Manufacturers can restrict the Thunderbolt ports in whatever way they see fit and have no strict requirements for Thunderbolt 3.
With Thunderbolt 3 on the Windows platform we have seen many different, varied, restrictions. These can include - only support a single monitor connection via Thunderbolt, not supporting 3rd party charging, USB ports don't work at all and docks consistently power cycling due to being blocked by the laptop manufacturer as it was 3rd party device."

In order to better assist you, please provide the following:
1. Run the Intel® System Support Utility (Intel® SSU) to gather more details about the system.
- Download the Intel® SSU and save the application on your computer: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/18377/intel-system-support-utility-for-windows.html
- Open the application, check the "Everything" checkbox, and click "Scan" to see the system and device information. The Intel® SSU defaults to the "Summary View" on the output screen following the scan. Click the menu where it says "Summary" to change it to "Detailed View".
- To save your scan, click Next and click Save.
2. Provide the Report for Intel® Graphics Drivers:
3. What is the brand and model name of the 2 monitors/TV?
