Hi all,
Just recently got my Quartz Canyon NUC Pro. For graphics, I use a Gigabyte Auros 2070 Gaming Box which works fine. I did however notice that for some reason, the TB3 connection is not running at full speed from H2D (Host to Device). When doing benchmarks, I can only get it to around 700MB/sec where as D2H (Device to Host) is running at roughly 2300MB/sec.
Anyone know how to adjust speeds on the TB3 interfaces. If I connect the eGPU to my Lenovo laptop, I get full speed.

Hello munklarsen
Thank you for posting on the Intel️® communities.
Please provide the following information:
- Intel® System Support Utility (Intel® SSU) results
- Download the Intel SSU https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows-
- Open the application and select "Everything" click on "Scan" to see the system and device information. By default, Intel® SSU will take you to the "Summary View".
- Click on the menu where it says "Summary" to change to "Detailed View".
- To save your scan, click on "Next", then "Save".
- What tool do you use for benchmarks?

Hi David,
I've added the scan from the SSU. I'm using CUDA-Z for the benchmark, I've uploaded a screenshot from that as well.

Hello @munklarsen
We investigated this request and we tried to replicate this problem, but we didn't get the same outcome. We used the same NUC model with the latest BIOS and OS, we used CUDA-Z but it didn't report any performance decrease or issue, please check with the gaming box manufacturer for any known issues or even warranty service.
If you need any additional information, please submit a new question as this thread will no longer be monitored.
