Trying to set up my newly arrived NUC 9 NUC9i7QNX.

When I get to the screen that asks me to set up a PIN number, I type something in but then it will not advance to the next line to type it in a second time.

If I hit enter it tells me the two numbers submitted do not match, --which is because it won't advance to the next line to put in the second number.

I've restarted the computer three times and it gets to this point and will not proceed.

How do I get past this?

W10 or W11?

Where did you get your install media, and what is it?

 

Doc (not an Intel employee or contractor)
[Maybe Windows 12 will be better]

It's Win11 pro and came on the computer I just purchased from Amazon.

 

There is no installation disk.

I'd send it back, or do a clean install by making the install media from here:

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows11

 

Also, I have a NUC9V7QNX1 , and I have had W10, and W11 on it, both clean installs, with no issues.
