Hi, would like to ask does the models ( NUCCJYSAL3 and NUC8CCHKR3 )
comes with genuine operating system?
Looked around at the specs of it but they doesn't listed it down.

Please check the following link for the Supported Operating Systems (OS) for Intel® NUCs, you will see the examples in which the NUC already has a preinstalled OS:

In regards to the Intel® NUC 8 Rugged Kit NUC8CCHKR, it does not come with a preinstalled OS, you need to install it separately:
https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000055275/intel-nuc.html
On the other hand, the Intel® NUC 7 Essential NUC7CJYSAL does bring Windows® 10 Home preinstalled:
https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000027928/intel-nuc/intel-nuc-mini-pcs.html
