I am building 2 PC based XP Pro, ISIS 3296L DVR servers. 32 channel video card, # 3, 500 GB SATA drives, 2 GB RAM
These video surveillance computers run 24/7 365 days a year. They are recording 32 channels of video around the clock. They are known as DVRs because that's what they do - record video. I need a board that is fast and very stable. I don't need to spend the money on a Network server board. A desktop PC workstation board will do. Being a 32 bit software speaking of the ISIS 3296L that meaning 32 Channel Video Inputs, 960 FPS Display / 480 FPS Recording.
Fast processor needed but not an extreme gaming processor. I want the best board and processor with cost effectiveness in mind.
Thanks for any help.

The PSU you use is another thing that needs to be very stable too.
