Hello!
Replaced the MOSFET, it is working now with some problems:
- WIFI does not work (i have to disable it in BIOS to successfully install Windows), everything else works, Bluetooth too. When I enable it after installing Windows, i can see it in device manager but there is a microsoft wifi direct driver with an exclamation mark. If I try to remove it device manager becomes unresponsive.
- Restart does not work, it stays at the full screen logo forever, the keyboard is working, num-lock is turning on/off.
- Device does not beep at all but it is enabled in BIOS
I know that this device is unsupported and out of warranty but i'd like to fix these issues if possible. I think it is still related to insufficient power of some parts. It might be a blown fuse or resistor. Do you have any suggestion where to start? I've already installed an USB WIFI dongle so it is partially solved but the restart issue is critical for me.
Thank you.

The power surge that fried the MOSFET probably fried some other components as well. Use a magnifying glass and see what else you can find. At the end of the day, unless you can see visible damage elsewhere, I would say it is time to throw in the towel.

Inspected the board with digital microscope, visually everything is okay.
Restart now works, i just had to disable secure boot in BIOS. Interestingly it was working before BIOS update.
Now i'm happy, it's stable and everything works except wifi which is solved with an USB stick.
Thank you, it would still be a paperweight without the MOSFET part number you provided. So i'm very grateful.
