New 64bit 2008 Server reload on intel board. Amber Blinking Light, High fan RPM

Hello, long time reader first time poster. Fan seem to run very high, never slowing down. Amber blinking warning light on case. I have this link marked as a possible solution /message/142978# 142978 http://communities.intel.com/message/142978# 142978 , but that poster didn't mention having any warning lights going off. Hey Doc.... well, funny thing is I am unable to log onto the Intel community with the same email that I used to post the original question in this thread. I wanted to tell you that I am going to do some work on this server now. I wanted to also say that the question was answered. I will continue to try to log into the original account. Actually Doc, we are not even using that fan.. Its an empty header. I think I need to re-run FRUSDR to define the correct chassis and fan configuration.

Had a key that started malfunctioning on my keyboard. So I had to swap out before I could log into this original account and password. FInally. So, thanks Doc. Will post if re running the FRUSDR is my fix. ONe question though.. there are 4 fan headers on this mobo, and 2 are black, and 2 are blue.. Best I can tell, i am using 1 and 2 (black), and 3 and 4 are unused (and blue) wonder what the significance of that is?
