New NUC 11 extremely load.

I recently purchased ( 2 weeks ago) a bare NUC 11 and installed required hardware. I installed Ubuntu as the OS and had no issues with noise for the first two week. I decided to re-installed Ubuntu and immediately have issue with fan noise.  This computer will only be used to stake/validate ETH vs personal use. 

Are there solutions? I literally can't handle this noise.
