Hello,
Trying to setup a new NUC10i7FNHN1 with Windows 10. Everything seems to be working except there is no sound from the computer. The monitor we are using is an LG 27BK400 which has a speaker/headphone jack on the back of it which is supposed to output audio it receives one the HDMI cable out to the speakers plugged in.
Does the computer send the audio out the HDMI port to the monitor? Attached are the SSU.txt file along with screen shots of device manager and the control panel sound screen. Device manager is showing a generic hdmi monitor under the display section along with the things showing in the picture.
Does anyone know what the issue could be with getting the sound working?
Thank you,
John Wolf

Hi @JWolf1 ,
Yes, the audio signal is included in the HDMI signal and your configuration should work. You have to install the Intel Graphics Driver in order to enable this function. If you didn't installed yet the Intel Chipset device Software , download and install it, reboot your NUC and only then continue with the Intel Graphics Driver installation.
Follow my instruction to install this driver:
1. Download the Intel Graphics Driver version 9415.
2. Disconnect the Internet Connection.
3. Right click on currently installed driver (in Device Manager), then click on Uninstall device. Check the Delete the driver software from this device option.
4. Reboot your computer. Check in the Device Manager that you see the Microsoft Basic Graphics Adapter in place of Intel Graphics Driver. If not yet, repeat para. 3-4.
5. Now, install previously downloaded driver version 9415
6. Reconnect the internet and reboot your computer.
7. Now your audio should work.
8. FYI, this the is is download page for all Intel drivers for your NUC.
