matsushima, Thank you for posting in the Intel® Communities Support.
Just to let you know, we only provide support in English language and currently, we are using a translation tool.
In order for us to provide the most accurate assistance on this matter, we just wanted to confirm a few details about your system:
What is the specific model of the Intel® NUC?
Is this a new Intel® NUC?
Was the Intel® NUC working fine before using this same feature?
If so, when did the issue start?
Did you make any recent hardware/software changes that might cause this problem besides changing the BIOS settings?
Does the problem happen at home or in the work environment?
Please attach the SSU report so we can verify further details about the components in your platform, check all the options in the report including the one that says "3rd party software logs":
Any questions, please let me know.
Regards,
Albert R.

matsushima, You are very welcome, thank you very much for providing that information.
It is important to mention that Intel® tested and validated Windows* as the supported Operating System for our products, all the drivers we have on our website were designed for that OS. Rocky Linux is not supported and this issue could be related to the OS being used:
https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000005628/intel-nuc.html
https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/detect.html
For testing purposes, do you have the option to use Windows* as Operating System on any of your Intel® NUCs? If you do, please try the troubleshooting steps recommended in the following link and when you get the chance let us know the results:
https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000020534/intel-nuc.html
If the problem persists after that, if possible, please provide the SSU report of the 4 Intel® NUCs, if it is not possible, then at least from one of them so we can do further research on this matter:

Dear Albert R.
Thank you for your answer.
I've confirmed the following.
(1) NUC is boot.
(2) NUC Bios setting.
(3) Wake System from S5 is ON and Recurrence「Daily」Time setting.
(4) BIOS save.
(5) NUC is reboot.
(6) OS Normal shutdown.(Not Abnormal shutdown)
(7) Wait Bios setting time.
(8) OS Boot.
But Abnormal shutdown(Plug and unplug the power cable.) does not boot.
Will Windows boot?
I don't think so.
I don't think an abnormal shutdown boot with Windows either.
Give me your answer.

matsushima

Hello matsushima.
We want to suggest trying Windows* as the Operating System on any of your Intel® NUCs another time. It would help us confirm whether or not your issues are related to the operating system; please try to install Windows* and share with us the outcome.
Also, since the operating system booted this time, create a report using the Intel
• Download the Intel SSU (https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/18895/26735/intel-system-support-utility-for-the-li...)
• Open the application and click on "Scan" to see the system and device information. By default, Intel
• Click on the menu where it says: "Summary" to change it to "Detailed View."
To save your scan: click on "Next"; then "Save."
I am looking forward to hearing from you.

Dear Jean O.
Thank you for your answer.
I haven't Windows.
Did you try my procedure?
If it works with my procedure, prepare Windows.

matsushima, You are very welcome, thank you very much for your response.
"Did you try my procedure?", Since Rocky Linux is not officially supported as OS, we do not have the option to provide any results concerning the usage of that Operating System.
Still, we will do further research on this matter in order to try to find a possible solution to this problem. For us to be able to do that, please provide the Linux* SSU:

matsushima, Thank you very much for sharing those updates.
"Please wait a little longer", Sure, no problem we will wait for you to be able to provide the SSU report.
It is important to mention though, that the functionality of the SSU report might not be working as expected when using Rocky Linux as Operating System, so we just wanted to confirm, do you have the option to work with a Linux* flavor most commonly used, like for example Ubuntu 20.04?

Hello matsushima, Since we have not heard back from you, we are closing the case, but if you have any additional questions, please post them on a new thread so we can further assist you with this matter.
Still, since you are using Rocky Linux as Operating System, we recommend to get in contact directly with Rocky Linux support so they can provide additional suggestions and further assistance on this matter:
