When gaming, the temp of the processor regularly sits at 100 degrees C. Is this expected? Is it a problem? The PC has space all around it to allow for air intake. I have an EVGA 3070Ti in the case but it doesn't seem to reach the same temps and usually sits around 80-90.
Cheers,
Mark

Are you seeing the speed of the processor fan increasing as temperature increases? Are the chassis fans operating (turning on as temperature increases)?

Yes, they definitely get noisier under load so they appear to be working normally.
This was in the first couple of minutes of powering up Midnight Suns

First suggestion is make sure you are on the latest BIOS (0056).
Next, Go into the BIOS, under COOLING:
1. Un-check "Fan Off Capability".
After that, un-check both "System Fan1 Fan off capabitilty" and "System Fan2 Fan off capability".
This should help with CPU heat buildup with the tradeoff of slightly more fan noise at higher frequencies.

Thanks for the help! This has definitely lowered the temps. I also noted that I had the processor on 'max performance' in the nuc software studio and lowering this to 'balanced' has also helped to keep temps in the right window.
Cheers,
Mark
