hi,

Im running Windows 10. When I try installing the these drivers it failed:

Intel ME Management Engine driver

Intel chipset device software

RAID

Is this normal? Do I need these drivers?

How can I fix it?

Hello Nucnice,

Thank you for joining the Intel communities.

Please try to install the drivers using the http://www.intel.com/p/en_US/support/detect?iid=dc_iduu Intel® Driver Update Utility.

Let me know if you can install them using this software, if not try manually, https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25094/Chipset-Intel-Chipset-Device-Software-for-Intel-NUC Intel® chipset device software, https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25095/Intel-ME-11-Management-Engine-Driver-for-Intel-NUC Intel® ME Management Engine driver, https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25121/Infrared-Nuvoton-Consumer-Infrared-CIR-Driver-for-In... infrared nuvoton consumer infrared.

Thanks,

Hi Nucnice,

In what way do they fail? Is there an error? Are the options you listed enabled in the BIOS? Can you post a screen shot of the devices in device manager?

Thanks.

Hi Jason,

Actually, ivanu solved it. The Update Utility was giving errors for those drivers. But when I download each driver individually, it installed fine.

Thanks tho.

That's great!

I'm happy to hear that it is working now and thank you for letting us know that finally worked.

Does this constitute a new instruction, to avoid the Utility and install drivers one by one?

Hopefully a new Intel® driver update utility will come up soon but this version you can still use it update drivers.
