Thanks for your reply. I did what you said and it is activated. Yes I was trying to get Windows 11 to run on the system but found it cannot under its present hardware. I guess Microsoft has once again forces customers to buy new computers. Such is life I guess.

You should already have TPM. Run TPM.MSC and report back.
Are you attempting to install Windows 11? If so, your processor is not supported by Windows 11..
