Nuc Software Studio can't load data

Hi

I recently bought a Nuc 11 Enthusiast (RNUC11PHKI7CAA2) and my Nuc Software Studio does not load any information about the computer anymore(the rest works, changing colors etc). nuc_software_studio_not_loading.PNG

Did I turn off something on accident?
I tried the following:

- Start nuc software studio as an administrator

- Check drivers with Intel Driver & Support Assistant

- Reinstall nuc software studio

I got it fixed just now!:)
I disabled my anti virus and now it’s working again…
I used „Avast One“.

To have a better understanding of your issue, please provide me with the following:


  • Was there any software change before the issue started?
  • Where did you download the software studio from? Also, what is the software version that you installed?
