Hi
would like to prevent my nuc from constantly waking up my tv. On boot, on resume from standby. As in never ever wake up my TV. Can’t seem to find a bios setting that works?

In reference to this scenario, try to reset the BIOS to default values by pressing F9 and then F10 to save and exit.
If the problem persists after that, just to confirm:
What is the model of the TV?
Which video port are you using to connect the Intel® NUC to the TV?
Was it working fine before without waking the TV up?
If yes, when did the issue start?
Did you make any recent hardware/software changes that might cause this issue?
Does the problem happen at home or in the work environment?
Please attach the SSU report so we can verify further details about the components in your platform, check all the options in the report including the one that says "3rd party software logs":

However I already fixed the issue myself.
It was the HDMI-CEC setting
Bios, Advanced, Onboard devices, HDMI CEC control=Uncheck (disable)
