Nuc7i5BNH Black screen 4k 60hz

Hi, when I adjust the monitor to 4k 60hz the screen casually turns black and without audio. Everything ok if I set 4k 30hz or Fullhd 60hz. Updates all performed. Windows 10 1903. I urgently need to solve the problem. Thank you!
