Hi,
Windows 10 is telling me I can't upgrade to Windows 11 unless I enabled secure boot on my Nuc8i7BEH which I did. When enabling secure boot, legacy is disabled. When I try to boot the nuc, it wouldn't boot. I'm assuming it can't access the ssd hard drive where windows reside. How can I fix this?
Thanks.

Convert to UEFI boot and GPT partition. There is no reason for Legacy boot.
There are instructions on the net and microsoft's site on how to do this. Once done, then enable secure boot, and then convert to W11.
