One month old NUC 7i5BNK with dead USB 3.0 port (# 1) -- Warranty Return site is down

Hey Intel, my NUC's USB 3.0 port has died after only a month... and now your support site dies when I try to file a warranty return.

Let me know when it's fixed.

Please just tell me how to return the NUC 7i5BNK for a replacement.

All the USB 3.0 ports work except # 1. It used to work but now it does not.

ASM my apologies, it seems like all the agents are helping other customers. I recommend using the phone option, it should be the fastest interaction.

The chat site is Kafkaesque.

Every 45 minutes or so the "agent is available" button turns green and so you click and fill out the form only to be met by another 45 minutes of "please hold":
