Only one of two HDMI Ports working?

Best regards, christian

we have 10 NUC7i3DNB (J57625-xxx) Boards. Those have 2 hdmi ports. All where ordered at the same time. We have one image that we apply to all of those. On 4 of the devices both HDMI ports work fine. But on 6 only one HDMI port works, on the other one the screen always stays black. But both monitors are recognized by windows 10. First we thought it could be a driver issue, but on the non-working HDMI port we also don't see boot up messages or see the BIOS if we press F2 at boot time. We already performed a bios update and I also updated the HDMI Firmware with the tool you provided.

Do you have any idea how to fix those 6 devices?

Best regards, christian

One thing you could try is a reinstall of the latest BIOS - but this time using the BIOS Recovery process. After this process completes, power on and use F2 to enter BIOS Setup (Visual BIOS). Then use F9 (followed by Y) to reset the BIOS configuration and F10 (followed by Y) to save this configuration change. During subsequent POST, use F2 to again enter BIOS Setup. Make any changes you require (boot order, etc.) or desire (NUMLOCK state, etc.) in the BIOS configuration and then use F10 (followed by Y) to save this BIOS configuration and exit. When next in POST, cycle power and test from there.

Hope this helps,
