Optane memory can not be detected by windows 10

I bought an Intel NUC7i5BNB like a 3 months which came with an Optane memory, I install and all worked fine. Two days as I was installing some windows and intel updates it rebooted with "A bootable device has not been detected'' I went to the BIOs and changed to RAID and it booted after repairing the windows. Now I can not detect the Optane on the windows at all. its not on device manager

On the Bios when I remove the Optane Memory Card I see the SATA Mode changing from 'Intel® RST and System Acceleration with Intel® Optane™ Technology' to RAID

the Optane Software shows me

My INET BIOS has nowhere to reconfigure Rapid Storage

Please Help

The same thing happened to me. I reinstalled win10, but optane still not recognised. Solution was the following

https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000026764/mini-pcs/intel-nuc-boards.html Intel® Optane™ Memory cannot be seen in the BIOS and Device manager...

Also there was a challenge to reinstall win10, problem with GPT ...

Now everything works fine, except I can't recover my image files from before crash.
