Optical output connection NUC7PJYH?

I am replacing an HTPC with audio output connect to a Sony amp, but the optical output on the NUC (NUC7PJYH) seems to have a different connector, more like the 1/8" typical (copper) audio connector.

How do I get optical audio output for connection to the amp?
