Thank you for posting in the Intel Community.
Looking into your question I see that you want install ESXI 6.5 on the Intel® NUC, please keep in mind that the validates operating system is Windows® 10 64 Bits (https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000005628/mini-pcs.html). I have seen that other peers have been able to install it on the Intel® NUC (https://forums.intel.com/s/question/0D50P0000490XrrSAE/installing-esxi-on-nuc8i7hnk-failing and https://forums.intel.com/s/question/0D50P0000490WTESA2/esxi-install-on-nuc8i7hnk-broken) never the less we cannot guarantee that would work and that you can have up to 10 VM on the system, maybe other community peers can share their experience with this setup,
Hope this helps.
