Have a NUC8i5BEH. When I turn on power the blue power light comes on but Monitor never wakes up or shows boot message. After about 45 seconds light goes off. Stays off about 3 seconds and then the cycle repeats. Think this started during a reboot for Windows update

To better assist you and so we can understand your issue better, would you mind providing the following information:
- Have you tried using the NUC with a different power supply?
- By taking the cover off the NUC do you see any light in the motherboard?
- When did you buy the unit?
- Did the unit work before or was this an out-of-the-box issue?
- Do you see any physical damage inside the NUC?
- Please provide the exact model and brand of your current SSD and RAM sticks.
