Power light cycles on/off

Have a NUC8i5BEH. When I turn on power the blue power light comes on but Monitor never wakes up or shows boot message. After about 45 seconds light goes off. Stays off about 3 seconds and then the cycle repeats. Think this started during a reboot for Windows update

To better assist you and so we can understand your issue better, would you mind providing the following information:

1. Have you tried using the NUC with a different power supply?
2. By taking the cover off the NUC do you see any light in the motherboard?
3. When did you buy the unit?
4. Did the unit work before or was this an out-of-the-box issue?
5. Do you see any physical damage inside the NUC?
6. Please provide the exact model and brand of your current SSD and RAM sticks.
