Power on after power failure from OS?

Hi there, I have NUC boxes like the http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/nuc/nuc-kit-nuc5cpyh.html http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/nuc/nuc-kit-nuc5cpyh.html but I don't have keyboard/monitors attached to them. I need a way to change the BIOS setting to turn on after a power failure. Is there a way of doing this from Linux? Is there a VisualBIOS support forum somewhere? Many thanks,

Hi Hendry,

From our side, using keyboard or mouse is the only option to get into the BIOS settings.

Thanks for the definitive answer Mike. I hope this changes in the future. How frustrating.

Hi Hendry,

I would like to clarify my previous answer. If you want to get into the BIOS after power failure it is necessary to use a Keyboard or mouse.

If you want to get to into the operating system, it is necessary to enable the option "After Power Failure". (Advanced>Power>Secondary Power Settings tab)
