Problem identifying component

My motherboard (nuc6i7kyk) has a short circuit in a integrated near CPU, the component is labeled 6j=3C B5X, before found it I replaced a close inductor but it bust two times. I looked for the board schematic but I didn't found it. Please could you tell me what is this Integrated and where can I found it?
