Problem with NUC 7i7BNK

Problem with NUC 7i7BNK, i have the NUC connected via HDMI 2.0 to 4k Philips 40inch monitor. The problem is when i dont use it for a while and it goes to sleep or if i RDP on it or if it is up all night and then when i work with it in the morning, i must every time hard reset or manualy shut down it, to get the picture back. I dont know it looks like that the nuc doesnt give the monitor thje command to power up. is It here some methode to change this? Its really bothering me because i must oto do this everyday or at least on 5-6hourrs if i dont use it?

Hello, InfoT2014. Thank you very much for contacting the Intel Communities Team. I will be more than happy to assist you.

In order for me to assist you better, please provide me with a DxDiag* report. Please follow these steps to generate it:

1. In the keyboard, press WinLogo key + R.

2. In the Run box please type dxdiag and hit Enter.

3. Click on Save All Information (save it to your desktop).

4. Attach the .txt file that was generated. To attach a file, you must click the "Attach" option on the bottom right-hand corner of the response box.

Additionally, please share with me the model of the monitor you are currently using. Also, is the NUC connected directly to a wall plug? And, are you using the power adaptor that came with the NUC?
