I was have similar problem as in this topic:
I tried all instructions, but it wasn't help me. Then I connect to the chat with technical support from url http://intelsupportchat.force.com/icslivechat/ics_tech_processor_ww_english_Chat http://intelsupportchat.force.com/icslivechat/ics_tech_processor_ww_english_Chat, they offerd me restore BIOS. And I was restore this from 0054 to 0053. And after load system bluetooth began to work!!

During these past days we were able to test the unit and its different BIOS versions starting from the version 0050, up to the latest one 0055.
I regret to inform you that we were not able to replicate your issue as the BIOS version 0054 did not cause any of the issues that you reported, however we are pretty interested on helping you out, please go ahead and perform a BIOS update to the latest version found here:
