Processor/PCH design resources for NUC8i3CYS Crimson Canyon

Hi there, I have multiple NUC8i3CYSM which have i3-8121U processors. There are no resources from Intel regarding its design details, which I am in need of (in particular the I/O die, which seems to be unique). Which datasheet/processor family is closest- Kaby Lake, Coffee Lake, Whiskey Lake, Amber Lake? The i3-8121U is Cannon Lake which there are no resources for other than the ARK page, there are too many lakes!

 

I have tried looking at the datasheet for the Whiskey Lake-U series but the PCH is obviously very different: 14nm, only supports up to LPDDR3, and so on. Even an errata sheet of an overview of differences would help, as this is a poorly documented NUC.
