Question about the egpu pcie lane

The website shows the Max # of PCI Express Lanes8 ,

if i put 2XM.2 nvme PCIe x4, is that means the 2 M.2 nvme use all of the PCI-E lane ?

So i cant not use the egpu ? because the the PCI-E lane is full, is that right ?
