R0080J1 bios version need update to install windows 10 32 bit

i have a sony vaio vgn fs315m notebook. in order to install windows 10 32bit version, i need a bios update, but wasn't able to locate any bios update...so i decided to ask the community for help, in order to locate/download link for the proper bios update... thank you in advance for your help, cem paker

This is Intel NUC forum. You should rather ask in Sony forum.

Intel does not make or provide sony bios. Contact sony for support with their notebook and bios.
