My NUC11DBBi7 has bios 0063 and I have two ram sticks (32 - 32) for a total of 64 GB. Both chips are PC4-25600 3200 MHz.
In the event that both are installed, my computer will not recognize one of them
In slot 1 and 2, I have placed each one separately, eliminating the possibility of a faulty ram stick.
Ensure that both arms are fully engaged in both slots (in both slots).
I've checked the bios with both ram sticks installed, but only one is picked up (eliminating windows)
I can't get either of them to work together. Any suggestions?

Hmmm... This may be a related thread:
