I updated using Intel driver support assistance and i updated the BIOS, AMD high def audio device, and Ethernet. Before i updated everything my mic was working and after i updated my mic's quality sounded echoee.
And when unplugged my headset jack and reconnected it didn't show Realtek audio manger, instead it showed nothing. BTW my NUC is a NUC8i7HNK/NUC8i7HVK. So i decided to go to task manager and then startup it didn't show Realtek HD audio manager it showed Realtek HD universal manager. Also to note my sound quality didn't differ. Also i tried my headset mic with other PC's it sounded good. And i tried a different headset and still the audio manager didn't show. I don't think it is the audio port.

Could you please provide me with the model of headset you are trying to connect? Have you tried other headset in the system?
