Reebot NUC5i7RYH

I have a NUC5i7RYH since longtime.

Since some month it's impossible to switch it off and on, I must wait 1H.

When I turn on, the power led is fix on blue, the drive led is off.

After some hour without power, the NUC is starting properly.

I change the SSD, reset the BIOS same issue.

Can you help me ?
