Dear Intel,
The fan on my intel NUC is making noises, it seems like the bearing may have broken. I tried to look at the warranty status (which is supposed to be 36 months, bought it ~18 months ago), but intel can't find my product. I tried pretty much all combinations of numbers I could find on the product (including on the inside) but no combination is recognized. How can I get support for my product?
Note: it is a genuine intel product. As far as I can tell, this is the product type:
That's what the SA number on the bottom of the nuc starts with. I tried to enter that, but no luck.

I can confirm your observation that there is a problem in the "Check Warranty Coverage" page. Tried to check Warranty Coverage for mu NUC10i7FNH without result (product could not be located). I suggest that you contact by phone your local Intel Service Center.
