Required RoHS EU 2015/863 and REACH Certificate for VESABRKTKIT

Dear Sir/Madam,

I work for L&T Technology Services who has been contracted by Brooks Automation; headquartered in Chelmsford, MA, USA, to provide engineering design support.

MFG P/N# VESABRKTKIT [BRACKET,75X100 VESA,PC MOUNT] is considered to be used in Brooks’ products.

The European Commission published Directive (EU) 2015/863 on 4 June 2015 adding 4 phthalates to the list of restricted substances.

So would you kindly provide us the RoHS certificate as per latest directive 2015/863.

REACH certificate of compliance:

a)Per Jan-2019 Directive, 197 substances

b)Per Jun-2018 Directive, 191 substances

Not older than:

b) Per Jan-2018 Directive, 181 substances

Latest one is preferable

In case you don’t have created a compliance certificate yet, I have attached herewith “CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE FOR ROHS and REACH FORM “ word file. Please fill it, have a signature of a responsible person (QA person) and a date (on which it is being signed). Once this is completed revert it to me.
