I have been connecting to my router for a year now and today I can't connect. My other computer and phones connect fine.
On Edge when I type 192.168.1.1 I get "your internet access is blocked" "ERR_NETWORK_ACCESS_DENIED"
Firefox just says "unable to connect"
I switched to WiFi and I seem to be connected but it says "no internet, secured"
Turned off firewall and no help.
Green light on NUC under ethernet cable is on.
I was using computer on this connection 2 days ago and turned it off. Today I turned it on and no access. Was there an update? Did a board fail?

Do you have an Intel NUC? What model?
So the Intel support engineers can have more information about your system, Please download and run the Intel System Support Utility (https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows- ) for Windows. Select all data categories and then have it generate a report. Next, have the tool Save the report to a text file (don't try to use the Submit capability; it doesn't work). Finally, using the Drag and drop here or browse files to attach dialog below the edit box for the body of your response post, upload and attach this file to the response post.
Doc (not an Intel employee or contractor)
[Maybe Windows 12 will be better]

Here are the results from a scan. I did skip a few items.
I suppose there isn't any information here that could compromise my computer.
I am connecting to the router and DHCP is assigning an IP address. I thought of firewall but I turned that off but no help.

NUC10i7FNB running windows 11pro
Will the support utility run from an SD card? I guess I can install it from there.

This might sound silly, but have you power-cycled the router and restarted the PC?

Several times, hoping for a fix. No luck.

Thank you but that didn't work. I'm sure it's been there since I bought the computer and been working fine.
EDIT: After looking at support for a few minutes, I looked back at my desktop and it was connected! Thank you, that must have worked. Just a little delay.

Well, I had internet access until I did an update and rebooted. I booted in safe mode with networking and I have internet access. I guess it's a Windows problem and not Intel. Maybe it is a firmware problem. There might have been an Intel update when this happened. There were no Windows updates at the time.
Works fine in safe mode but no internet in normal boot mode.

Hello @Brustiffer
1. There is no problem in your NUC. I suspect that you didn't removed the VPN software from your computer and the TAP Windows Adapter was reinstalled after reboot.
2. You need to uninstall completely the VPN application you have. Please refer to the following explanation:

WOW! That's amazing. The instant the uninstall for VPN Unlimited finished, my computer had internet access. It's been working for nearly 2 years then one day, no internet. I wasn't using the VPN and haven't for several weeks.
THANK YOU
