I have a Samsung 970 pro nvme ssd installed in my TALL NUC10i3FNH and noticed some temperature issues with the current tiny thermal pad that came with the NUC. I'm looking to do the following in the video to my ssd however I don't know the millimeter height space available between the top of the ssd and the chassis. Does anyone know what the space is?

Thermal "PAD"
I ended up figuring it out myself with some measuring using rulers. 1MM thermal PAD reduced SSD temperature by 10C.

No SSD overheating issues anymore however Intel should know to include a higher quality thermal pad that doesn't fall apart and a thermal pad that is the correct size(20x67x1.0mm) for an NVME SSD.
