How to restore Intel N15 SSD to factory state with no OS

I have never heard of an N15 model SSD coming from Intel. Are you sure you have the right manufacturer? What is the full part number of the drive. Better yet, take picture of the label and upload here.

The story about this situation is as follows
I had continous repeating BoD on startup with the computer showing error and then rebooting.
I am interested how to clean the SSD (HD) to make a new clean reinstal.
I damaged/removed the system partition by using Hiren.
I thought I could open the machine, remove the hard drive and attach to working laptop as external drive (as on normal sized computers) and use SSD restore but I have not seen this type of hardware before. I am at a loss what to do.
Any advice would be most greatful

Ok, you have a 4th Gen. Wilson Canyon (family code WY) NUC with a 120GB Kingston SMS200S3 mSATA SSD. Where you got 'N15' from, I have no idea.
If you want to do a clean install of, say, Windows, simply boot from your Windows installation media and, when you get to the scene where you select the drive/partition to install to, delete *all* existing partitions on the drive and then tell the Windows installer to install to the unused space entry for the drive (which will encompass the entire drive at this point). The Windows installer will then take care of re-creating the partition table and partitioning the drive appropriately for use. Other O/Ss will have similar processes.
If you want to connect the drive to a laptop so that you can load it from a backup image, this is easy to do as well. You will need to purchase a mSATA-to-USB adapter to complete this process. Here is an example of such an adapter: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00LRZPNHM.
