Skull Canyon NUC and TV as monitor

Hi all,
Has anyone by any chance used a Skull canyon NUC with TV (LG c1/c2 series) as a monitor and Linux as OS (Ubuntu) ?
Any considerations (compatibility, Intel's graphic driver, resolution, text clarity etc...) ?
I don't care to get 120hz refresh rate, 60hz will be fine with HDMI 2.0
Also if sound can't pass over HDMI I will use the optical output.

We would like to inform you that due to the Intel® NUC Kit NUC6i7KYK (Products formerly Skull Canyon) has been discontinued, Intel Customer Service no longer supports inquiries for it, but perhaps fellow community members have the knowledge to jump in and help. You may also find the Discontinued Products website helpful to address your request.
