Slow remote VNC connection on Intel NUC

Hi

I have Intel NUC Kit NUC7i7BNHX1 w Optane. I have installed Ubuntu16.04 on it. When connected via HDMI, it works perfectly fine.

I have installed remote VNC on it as I needed to control it from remote location but the speed is very slow. I can confirm that this slow speed is not because of the network as the network is pretty good at both sides.

Is there any settings needed to be done for NUC to make the connection stable.

Thanks

ARawa7, Thank you for posting in the Intel® Communities Support. Just to let you know, Intel® validated the NUC for support when using Windows* 10 as operating system, as you can confirm in the following link: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000005628/mini-pcs.html The support for Ubunto* and for third party application such as remote VNC is limited, in this case we suggest to visit Ubunto* forums support and to get in contact directly with the developer of the applications for further suggestions on this matter: https://ubuntuforums.org/ https://www.realvnc.com/en/contact-us/ Let me apologize for any inconvenience.
