Hi intel team,

I have purchased intel NUC11PAHi5 a couple months back, and I updated drivers provided by intel may times. But output from HDMI port seems off after some idle time. After this, it will work only after system restart. Previously I communicated intel with similar issue, at that time HDMI is not working during Computer start time. Now that problem solved. Could you please do the needful

thanks and Regards

What is happening to you is that the NUC is going into Sleep mode but fails to return from this mode when you press key or move mouse. This is happening to a lot of people. I suggest that you do two things,

  1. Make sure you have the latest available BIOS installed. The latest is BIOS 46, which you can download from here: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/19694/bios-update-patgl357.html. I recommend using the F7 method with the PA0046.CAP file, but you can use the Windows executable, PATGL357.0046.EBU.EXE, if you wish.
  2. Install the latest available Graphics driver, which you can download from here: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/19344/intel-graphics-windows-dch-drivers.html).

Hope this helps,
