Posting solution for info. In My case NUC7i5 BNH
I finally managed to install the driver after umpteen attempts since first released.
1. Uninstall all drivers related to thunderbolt that are currently installed on your NUC.
2.Reboot
3. Install - NUC7i5BN-NUC7i7BN-TBT-FW-Update-33
4. Install - Thunderbolt-Win10-1.41.1094.0
5.Enjoy
