My NUC5CPYH faults and bsod. I've tried to identify the issue with mem.dmp, windbg, and component swaps. The only thing left is to swap the motherboard. I believe the answer to my question is yes, but wanted to ask the community in case there's something I missed.
Can I swap my NUC5CPYH system board with a BLK NUC5I3MYBE?
JClay, Thank you for posting in the Intel® Communities Support.
In reference to your question, we do not recommend to swap boards since it will void the warranty on the Intel® NUCs and for that same reason is that we do not have documentation or archives of how to do that.
Now, you can always try to swap the boards of the Intel® NUCs, the thing is that since the model of the Intel® NUCs is not the same the location of, for example, the ports, will not be the proper one or fitting for the other board that you are going to install.
Any questions, please let me know.
JClay, You are very welcome.
