I'm having problems with unoperational system fan 1 in my freshly built Beast Canyon kit.
The first fan on the top of the machine doesn't seem to get any power supply from the fan control board. Setting fixed fan speed from the BIOS shows constant 0 rpm for fan 1 and it doesn't start spinning under any conditions. Swapping the fan 1 and fan 2 power cords gets the fan 1 spinning and fan 2 remains silent, so the fan component itself should be ok.
I've checked the connections inside the computer, and everything seems to be ok.
Is there anything I can do before shipping the product to the merchant for RMA?
Thanks for any advice.
