System time

When the load on the PC system time goes forward. Open your browser and start to work in multiple tabs. After 5 minutes, the time may take a few seconds ahead. Bought 3 PC intel nuc5cpyh. Windows 7 64 bit. Everywhere the same problem.

The battery was removed, did not help. Time goes forward. You can try installing windows 10 or carry it to the warranty Department.

I am very sorry to hear that the issue persists. In this case I strongly suggest you to look for an exchange (original place of purchase) if the product was purchased less than 30 days ago or to check the warranty of your products through our warranty online center and submit a claim there.

The problem disappeared after installing windows 10.
