Hello
Does anyone know the thermal pads thickness for the Intel NUC7I7BNH?
I’m under the impression that 1mm is way to thick.
Thanks

Hello,
I apologize for the delay.
I'm not a developer. I'm trying to stop the throttling and when I've removed the cooling system, I've noticed that the pads are not in good shape.
By the way, where can I purchase an WI-FI antena for the NUC? Mine broke loose when removing the board.
Thanks

Hello,
- You may purchase the replaceable WiFi antennas on Amazon. Some examples: https://www.amazon.com/Pair-NGFF-Antenna-Antennas-Intel/dp/B01FK6IHEY/ref=sr_1_7?keywords=wifi+antenna+for+ac+8265&qid=1581020456&sr=8-7
https://www.amazon.com/IPEX-Internal-Antenna-M-2-Wireless/dp/B07QDTXGGJ/ref=sr_1_3?keywords=wifi+antenna+for+ac+8265&qid=1581020456&sr=8-3
https://www.amazon.com/HUYUN-Antenna-Cable-Module-Internal/dp/B07DB6ZG3B/ref=sr_1_2?keywords=wifi+antenna+for+ac+8265&qid=1581020456&sr=8-2
2. You may stop the CPU throttling by adjusting the Cooling settings in Bios. Set: Fan Control Mode to Custom, Primary Temperature Sensor to Processor,
Fan Off Capability - uncheck/disabled, Minimum Temperature to 80, Minimum Duty Cycle to 30, Duty Cycle Increment to 4,
Secondary Temperature Sensor to Memory, Minimum Temperature to 60, Minimum Duty Cycle to 30, Duty Cycle Increment to 4.
3. Press F10 confirmed by "Y" to save settings and exit from bios.

Hi Everyone,
I have been looking internally for any documentation that reports out the thickness of the thermal pad but I couldn't find anything, It seems that this information was not made available in the product documentation that we can share with our customers.
If you are having any issue with our product please do not hesitate and contact us back.
Regards,
Ronny G
