Thunderbolt ports don't work on my NUC11PAHi5 and Windows11 Pro.

I tried updated Thunderbolt driver (1.41.1193.0) and BIOS (PATGL357.0048.2022.0801.1148)

and checked Thnderbols is "Enabled" on UFEI settings.

Thuderbolt appeared in "System Device" section on Device Manager,

however "The device is not started" in the event tab on its property.

In the information section:

The state of the problem: 0xC00000E5

(I am using Windows in Japanese, so the words might be different in English)

Any solution?

Hello mameshiba,

Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities. I am sorry to know that you are having issues with your Intel® NUC 11 Performance kit - NUC11PAHi5.

In order to better assist you, please provide the following:

1. Is this issue recent? If so when did it start?

2. Did you notice the issue after a system update?

3. Did you have a Thunderbolt device connected (monitor, TV, external storage) when trying to update the driver?

4. What kind of device are you trying to connect to the NUC using a Thunderbolt?

5. Did you run all the optional updates for Windows 11?

Best regards,

Thank you David.

It was solved, because of my audio interface setting was not correct.

The other problem was Thunderbolt 3 -> 2 converter.

It works now as I changed to the recommended one.
