Trying to Open Intel NUC9QN Case

Hi,

probably the least consequential/most amusing support request on here.

I'm setting up an NUC9QN kit for the first time. It's a bit different from the other NUC kits I've worked with.

I'm stuck at the second step of getting inside the case. I've removed the two screws per the instructions and now I'm meant to slide (?) the side panel off. From the instructions it looks like I'm meant to press down and slide out? However, it isn't shifting at all, and since I don't want to break anything I was hoping for some advice from the community.

Step B on diagram below

Thank you for your time.

Thanks for the response. No, that top side panel is meant to slide in the direction of the the camera (roughly).

I did just solve this by (nervously) increasing the force a bit at a time until it started to shift.

Sorry to have bothered everyone!

You are trying to remove the opposite side from the one you have shown in the lower picture, right?

Just checking,
